Provides comprehensive services to develop and submit grant proposals, including:
- Proposal planning, including facilitating work groups for proposal development (both internally and externally with collaborating agencies)
- Serves as representative with funding agencies
- Developing pre-proposals, letters of intent, and full proposals to federal, state, local, and private grantors
- Maintaining grant databases, detailing all pending, active, and declined grant awards
